Unfortunately I can't let him roam like Blackjack. He's too easy to steal. [And sell, or... eat. A digital animal roaming around alone would be stolen too, but once they found he was REAL it was even more of a reason to take him. Gyro didn't want that to happen. Valkyrie wasn't like Blackjack who could fly, or like Liger who was deadly and riddled with fangs and claws. He'd try to get away but he'd still probably get caught... The idea already has him feeling uncomfortable. Plus Gyro had a hard time leaving Valkyrie alone anyway, he liked to roam and stuff too, sure, but Valkyrie was a very social creature.]
